Director Laimonas, drained by a decade of filming the same soap TV series is suffocating in a life of repetition: stale scripts, indifferent colleagues, and a bleak home with his cynical wife. When an old friend boasts about a glamorous new project with Monica Bellucci, Laimonas, fueled by envy and delusion, claims he’ll at last make his own film. But his world quickly unravels hen an actress accuses him of harassment, the show’s lead becomes entangled in mysterious disappearance of a college, and the producers turn tyrannical as chaos consumes the set. What follows is a spiraling nightmare behind the scenes of a collapsing production.
